  1. After cleansing, apply toner.
  2. Massage the included essence gently onto the face and neck.
  3. Apply the mask and adjust to fit comfortably on the skin.
  4. Leave on for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Remove the mask and pat remaining essence into the skin.
  6. For post-treatment recovery, use for 3 consecutive days, then once every 2–3 days.
